Irakli Nadareishvili at Opening Ceremony of Hotel Mtserlebi in Kvishkheti

“Domestic tourism has been officially opened since June 15, which is very important for Georgia, both, in terms of positioning of a safe country and for the promotion and development of this industry,” – Irakli Nadareishvili, the Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development stated at the official opening ceremony of the new Mtserlebi Hotel in mountain resort Kvishkheti.

According to Irakli Nadareishvili, Mtserlebi Hotel is one of the first high-class hotels in Shida Kartli, which is very welcoming. The Deputy Minister noted that the Enterprise Georgia program and the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development will continue to support the development of such projects.

The Mtserlebi Hotel was built with the support of the support of the Enterprise Georgia Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development. The total investment volume of the project is over 15 million GEL. The hotel employs 30 people. In the future, it is planned to expand the hotel and add another 40 rooms.

Giorgi Khojevanishvili, the State Representative in the Shida Kartli region, Mikheil Khidureli, the Director of the Enterprise Georgia Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, the Member of Parliament Simon Nozadze and Luka Samkharadze, the Director of the Lukekspojorjia (the owner company of the hotel), also attended the opening ceremony.
