Tbilisi Silk Road Forum Organizational Headquarters Opened at Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel

The International Silk Road Forum is scheduled for October 22-23 in Tbilisi. Over 2000 delegates from 60 countries will visit the Forum organized by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event is held under the patronage of the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia.

Organizational headquarters was opened at the Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel in order to provide the smooth and high-level work of the Forum. All the people involved in organizing the Forum will work there. Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Genadi Arveladze is in charge of the Organizational headquarters.

Tbilisi Silk Road Forum is a biannual event which is being held since 2015 and is of particular importance for Georgia’s political and economic integration in the modern world. Many important events are planned within the framework of this event, including with the participation of top officials from different countries of the world.

The Forum has become an international brand, with its high level of organization and importance to Georgia both politically and economically and in terms of its external image - the Silk Road Forum is one of the important platforms for enhancing trade-economic and political relations between the European and Asian countries.
