Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Natia Turnava inspected the Enterprise Georgia Agency’s beneficiary enterprise Anabechdi. The enterprise produces branded clothing.

The enterprise is financially supported by the Agency’s industrial component, and with the support of the Enterprise Georgia’s programme, the company has been able to expand its operations. In particular, the enterprise became able to purchase special and universal sewing machines, which will facilitate faster production and higher quality of the products.

As the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development noted, it is especially important that this enterprise, local production, employs 45 people and intends to increase production in the future - at this stage, the Anabechdi sews more than 300 000 uniforms a year and sells products in the local market.

“The company has very good plans to expand. They purchased the machines with the help of the programme of the Enterprise Georgia. 90% of the company’s unique production, including uniforms, is delivered to the local market. Many of the uniforms that we see in different companies or institutions are sewn right here. This is one of the results of the development of the local production, which we will always support,” – Natia Turnava said.

The company focuses on creating uniforms for such leading companies in Georgia as: AgroHub, Goodwill, Elite-Electronics, Carrefour, Domino, East Point, etc. In addition, the company worked on such foreign brands as LUIGI MORINI, ICEBERG, IL GUFO, PAOLO PECORA, etc.
