Kuwait Air Company Plans to Launch Regular Flights to Tbilisi

First Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Dimitry Kumsishvili held a meeting with the Kuwait air company, the Jazeera Airways Chief Executive Officer, Rohit Ramachandran and Sales Vice President, Rafik Boghdady

Senior managers of the Jazeera Airways confirmed their desire to launch regular flights between Tbilisi and El-Kuwait. Representatives of the Kuwait air company noted that they consider Georgia’s aviation market to have vast prospects for further growth and development. The meeting also focused on the increasing interest of the Gulf countries towards Georgia as an important tourist destination.

The Head of National Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, Giorgi Chogovadze, and the Director of the United Airports of Georgia, Ketevan Aleksidze also attended the meeting.
